Please always submit reimbursement claims securely through Iris. If you do not yet have access to the Iris service, read more here and sign up as a user of the online service.
Exceptional opening hours of the Enerkemi Insurance Fund during the summer:
- The office is closed from June 8–12, 2026
- The office is closed from July 20–31, 2026
Processing time for reimbursement claims is normally about one week. During the holiday season, processing times may be longer.
