The fund serves as its members Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland) office for benefits in accordance with the Health Insurance Act. The members are provided with a new Kela card, with their membership of the fund marked on the back.
In addition to Kela reimbursements, the fund pays compensation to its members for healthcare expenses.
