Vita charges Enerkemi for laboratory tests that are not the responsibility of occupational health care. Enerkemi sends customers an invoice for 25% of the deductible.
The invoice will be sent primarily by e-mail. If there is no e-mail address in the customer information, an invoice will be sent by post.

How to visit medical centres
The members of the fund are entitled to choose their own medical centre.
Nevertheless Enerkemi has a contract with some of the medical centres. These partners charge only 25 % deductible for medical services that are included in the invoicing agreement. A Kela card with the fund´s identifier (46001) must be shown at the checkout after the visit.
The invoicing agreement does not cover the following cases:
A part of these expenses are reimbursable by the book of Enerkemi but they are not included in the invoicing agreement because of annual maximum limits.

The service provider has no way of knowing whether a member of the fund has exceeded their annual maximum limit for compensation. If a member of the fund has been granted compensation, even though they have exceeded their annual maximum limit, they will be charged accordingly afterwards.

Compensation is not paid for aesthetic dental care or dental care tools.

The insurance fund has an agreement with the Association of Finnish Pharmacies and the Yliopiston Apteekki chain of pharmacies.
In accordance with the agreement, members of the fund are charged only 25% deductible for Kela’s reimbursable medicines in all contract pharmacies.
A Kela card with the fund’s identifier (46001) is required.
In addition, compensation of 75% is paid for pharmaceuticals prescribed by a doctor that are not reimbursable by Kela. The maximum amount of such compensation is EUR 670 per member per calendar year. The compensation is not granted at the pharmacy. It must be applied for with the fund’s office.
